I see Suns finishing at 7 so it'll be a tough matchup for #2 seed. It looks like the easiest 1st round matchup is going to be #3 vs #6 which is going to be Pels. So go figure

yeah, the most persuasive argument to grab 1st seed is getting out of the Suns bracket.

If we're trying to duck any first round matchups we may as well not even show up for the playoffs at all. Ridiculous.

even Iron Mike in his absolute prime got knocked the f out.
and how would winning out and securing the 1st seed be considered "ducking"? I thought the whole point of the regular season was to win as many games as possible so you can face an easier opponent in the first round (along with HCA, obviously).

Dying in the FR matchup like going to 7 games may as well be deciding factor for the final outcome. The easier opponent the better. We're not getting any rest this year and that's pretty bad imo so anything that you can improve on the rest/health side is precious

Another advantage of the 1st seed is the 8th seed will be tired from 2 play-in games and Denver would have the best chance of beating them in 4-5 games. Then rest for the WCSF.

Washington up 34-18 on Minnesota.
Rock, don't melt down when the Wolves come back. It'll be okay.

Lead already down to 6. No way Wizards win but it's far more important the Kings win and they're up 15 or so vs OKC right now.

I agree there is no way they hold on, but it'll be nice if Washington at least makes them work for it so their starters have to play big minutes tonight.

Washington up 34-18 on Minnesota. Rock, don't melt down when the Wolves come back. It'll be okay. Lol. I’m not even going to bother checking. Wolves will win easily.

Well that didn’t take long. Minnesota comes back, yet again. They're playing the worst team in the league and they're at home, why wouldn't they win?

Kings being outscored by 20 in the 2nd half. Sabonis is such a Jokic mirage.

Sabonis is getting dangerously close to ending his precious double double streak. I wonder if he tries to stat pad even if it hurts his team's chances at winning.

And for the 75th time this year Okc wins in the clutch. Every single close game goes their way.

Minnesota pulls away
Okc pulls away
Our lead shrinks. To a garbage team playing their bench
Gotta love this season.

7-10 is so even that PHX could just as easily drop 2 games and not even make the playoffs lol.
Clippers beating them 28-4 right now.

I cannot get over how Okc wins every close game. It’s incredible how they can do this every night
