For me this is the game where you find out how good the Nuggets are. If they lose it's not even close to panic mode and I think they eventually win it still but this is the game where you find how dominant Denver is. Denver was very consistent and strung together a bunch of great games. Laid an egg game 2. Was that just things leveling out for a moment? Can't be perfect. This is the game to show out and prove it. Forget whatever the Heat do I wanna see a big time Jokic/Murray game combined with Gordon/KCP/Brown showing up. Nuggets can basically end the series this game barring a historic choke job in games 5/6/7. You lose this one and the pressure cranks up a bunch even if the Nuggets are rightfully favorited to win the series. Not a must win game but certainly one that cements something.
Probably being undersold how young/inexperienced the Nuggets are coming into the finals. I didn't really factor it in. Outside of KCP/Green the team's pretty young/ alot of first timers at this stage. Jokic/Murray doing some straight up ridiculous things.

all I ask is we ride or die with with the difference makers. if MPJ isn't making shots, pull the plug and play Braun 30+ minutes. trust Mr. Winner to making winning plays.

Anyone notice Duncan Robinson looks a lot like Bryan Kohberger?
Duncan could be a good guy, but I also wonder if is dumping bodies in the bay between games. The fact that he is a shooter and prides himself on hitting his target could be his little inside joke.

I always thought Duncan bore a stunning resemblance to Macklemore. and much like the rapper, nearly ended his career due to his insecurities and imposter syndrome.

Huge game. So much of these games hinge on Murray IMO. When Murray shoots well on high volume, you basically can't beat the Nuggets.
Miami is obviously going to come out with their hair on fire. Nuggets have to be ready to weather that storm. I'm hoping this is the f**k you game from Jokic. One where he just refuses to let the Nuggets lose. He's been outstanding in the series, as has Murray but he can play even better and be even more dominant IMO.
Hope MPJ hits some shots. Malone has to be ready to pull the plug early on KCP/MPJ if they aren't impacting the game. This is definitely a game where Bruce/Braun should thrive as they are absolute dogs. Also hasn't really been talked about and there have been a few really annoying plays but Jeff has been REALLY good in this series.
GO GET A WIN!

I wonder if Spo tries to funnel the ball back to non-Jokic and Murray given the struggles by most everybody to hit shots away from the rim. I think it's a natural adjustment after we just saw Jokic and Murray carve them up to the extent they did, with minimal scoring from anybody else away from the rim.
Now going into this series, I would think that would be a scary thing to concede because Denver is terrifying when lots of guys are going. But given what we've seen from Jokic/Murray, paired with the shakiness of your two top spot shooters (KCP and MPJ), I think you may try to force Denver to beat you a different way, and hope those guys are in their heads. I would suggest the side of the backboard 3 from Christian Braun has been highlighted quite a bit in Miami film review - between him, Gordon, Jeff Green, even Bruce Brown - make these guys shoot.
I usually roll my eyes at the idea the Nuggets are all about defense, they're not, but in this matchup in particular, it's a complete game changers if you contest shots and draw misses. Makes it much harder for Miami to throw their crazy looks at you defensively if they're not able to set that up after a make.
I would be ready for a very frustrating whistle. I hope Malone has them prepared to weather the storm there. He should be getting a tech if it gets out of hand, and the team should know that.
