Anyone who thought we’d sweep Suns with Paul out were dreaming. Losing CP3 caused the Patrick Ewing effect. We are in deep trouble.

Bad habits from April came back in 1H. We slept-walked and had no intensity.
We haven’t been a good road team and it shows.

It's ridiculously comical when people get all gung-ho optimistic thinking series are over when they're not close to being over.
You can tell they're all 20-somethings (or younger), because TRUE Nuggets fans KNOW we have a history of disappointment.
Someday we'll get past it, and hopefully that's now, but to ASSUME. You know what they say about every assuming anything.
On another note. It should be Peyton Watson time. Our secret weapon against either Booker or KD. He could shut them DOWN !! But, of course Malone won't try it.

Is MPJ ever going to deliver man. He sucks night after night. Only one good game out of 8 so far Doesn't look like it. The one positive is that at least we know he's good enough defensively to not get exposed. But he missed his open shots and that's the key for him being good or being bad. He missed a couple of really important ones when Phoenix clearly flipped momentum. |
