I haven't seen Jeff Green play much, what sort of game does he have? He has range on his shot, but not great range. He can finish strong, and he is a pretty decent defender. He isn't strong enough to play the 4 or so goes the knock against him. To me he looks like he could develop into a 4 along the lines of a Marion or Jamison sized 4, but he is still a little small and not the most physical guy in the league, but that could be due to his age. All in all, he is a pretty solid player to have on a team. Edit: I guess his range was even better then I thought, Marlowe just said that he is knocking down his 3's at a 42% clip on the season.

So Nugs by 9 at the half, I thought it was gonna be closer for a while there It was 19 just a couple of minutes before that. Once again we let a big lead get away from us. It's not a good sign. I do believe that Carter had 7 assists in the first half. I know he gets bitched at a lot, but he has been missed.

I don't mind him, he seems to be a stable presence on a volatile team

The Carter hate on this board is overboard, but most people understand that his weaknesses are not his fault... it's the fact that he's over/misused.
Carter played very well last night, having him back for the stretch will be a big help.

If he would just stick to what he can actually do, as he does on occasion, he isn't a bad player to have out there for 15-20 minutes. There is no reason why your backup PG should ever single-handedly lose a game for you.

This was a good way to get out of that skid, and here I am thinking that Sacramento would be an automatic win the other night. We're on NBA TV next! Please lets not lose to the pathetic Los Angeles Clippers.

Yeah, when the bench has a good performance, we usually win. Chris "Birdman" Andersen also had 10 points and 4 blocks. Balkman did a good job replacing K-Mart, who did not play due to injury, and J.R Smith was wonderfull starting at the 2 (instead of Jones, who did not play due to the coach's decision.)
We were amazing offensively, and that win was a must, even against the Thunder, it gave us momentum after the huge losses we had been suffering lately. It also shows how necessary some changes in the lineup can be, Balkman, Andersen, J.R Smith can be extremely effective when given the minutes. Lets hope that motivates Karl to give those guys more minutes.
I'm hoping this is the end of the nightmare, and that we'll bounce back in the rankings the upcoming games. Next game against Clippers.

I can understand (although be annoyed by) spelling Birdman's name wrong in posts. But to do it in your avatar... especially while proposing that he win the MVP?
Wow.
