bruh. Jokic almost weighs twice as much as Chet. he'd break the poor guy in half like a breadstick. You guys are so star struck by Phoenix. Durant is 36 years old. Bradley Beal is an 18pt a game scorer. Stop looking at the names on the jerseys you f***ing casuals. OKC is a stacked team with guys that play their roles and play hard on both ends and are led by an mvp candidate. They are top 5 offensive and defensive rating. And they likely would have home court. OKC is a green team that has to depend on the nursing home all-stars Gordon Hayward and *checks notes* Bismack Biyambo for playoff experience. there's rules to this game bruh. you need to earn your stripes before you beat the big dog.

Tonight's result is not in any way different than if both we and the Thunder had won, which was the expected result. They still have a much tougher schedule. We still have Jokic. It is because they now have the same amount of losses as Minnesota and Minnesota has the tiebreaker if they split.

Thunder winning in Nola last night wasn’t expected. They were on a b2b tonight vs a team playing well. A split in those games was likely. So yeah, it was a net minus for us.

There is no one on Earth that watches basketball seriously that would take the Thunder over the Lakers in a 7 game series. It would literally be a repeat of LA/Memphis from last year.

Postseason is a totally different ball game. The Thunder are nothing more than a glorified regular season team who haven't suffered an injury until proven otherwise. The Lakers smoked Memphis in rnd 1 last year in a 7v2 match up. And they'd smoke OKC too. As would the Suns who have legit proven playoff superstars.

We just need a top 2 seed.
I'd be worried if we are below that. Golden State are like the exception in being able to win a ring being as low as 3.

Our "6th,7th and 8th man" for the playoffs gave us 14 points on 6/22 while being -13, -19 and -16.
Meanwhile Suns have Eric Gordon, Royce O Neal, Thadd Young, Eubanks, Bol Bol all giving them + minutes.

Jokic and Murray couldn't even beat the Dame and McCollum led Blazers their first time in the big dance. Rodney Hood tipped the scales in Portland's favor. Rodney f***ing Hood.

Platitudes aren’t really an argument against my point. But good news is we won’t have to wait long to find out. Nearly April. f**k this one stings. I hate the suns.

As much credit Calvin has for the last years team, if we end up not repeating it will be mostly his fault to be honest.

They still have the Suns, Knicks, Sixers, Celtics, Pacers, Hornets, Kings, Spurs, Bucks, and Mavs. I have them at 5-5 in that stretch, so Denver has to go 5-4 to jump them. Nuggets have 4 tough games left. Split those ones and win the ones you need to win and you get the 1 seed.

No guarantee that that series happens but if it does, put your money where your mouth is.

This year OKC team is 10 times better team than last years Memphis, with mature superstar, with legit 2-way players on every position and they go 9 deep legit. Plus a better coach.

You say that like they were the current versions. SGA is a 30 pt a game scorer and 2nd in mvp voting. His team is 1st in the west currently. Very different circumstances all around.
