lol at Malone, playing AG at backup C in blowout. Where is Zeke in these situations? I kinda don't wanna watch Zeke anymore. You’d rather a regular get hurt?

Take CB out. He’s a regular and they all should be out.

The non Jokic team is 19 for 62 against one of the worst D in the league

Also I totally underestimated loss of Bruce man. No way we lose the last 2 games in blowouts with him

I hope y'all noticed the difference in Gillespie's mobility out there compared to what he looked like in October.
Braun played decently in garbage time. Hopefully he carries some momentum into the matchup with the Kings.

just get Thad Young or Gallo from the buyout market. the former will give you craftiness around the basket and some playmaking and the latter is still a walking bucket. pick one and give the bench some stability and consistency.

He can't make the shots for the other guys. Two early turnovers on dribbling violations were bad but he played well overall. Quick rotations even though guys hit contested 3s on him.

Especially the first 2 Just overexcited, trying to take off too early. Made up for them with the 2 steals. The more minutes he plays the more you'll see him just have a knack for being in the right place at the right time. He sees the whole court all the time and has the motor to do something about it.

One reason it makes sense to cut Vlatko even though he's Jokic's buddy: while he has a team option for $2.3 mil next season, cutting him wouldn't create any dead money, and the vet minimum for a guy with his amount of experience is ... $2.3 mil. He wouldn't lose any money this year, wouldn't lose anything guaranteed, he could still (under the CBA) work out at the Nuggets facility and such, and he could re-sign with any team (including the Nuggets) for next season for the same dollar amount. So the only potential risk is that he signs with another team in the offseason, but that's not a big risk.

looks like team is Cancun already. outside of Jokic, cause he can't go, have to be on all star... and told you after Kings game, better not check out yet, cause there is a guy in Milwaukee who doesn't take days off
just hope Jamal and KCP are OK, and they'll be ready after all star break

Dallas just traded for Daniel Gafford and PJ Washington who comined earn learn than MPJ.
MPJs future with the team depends greatly on how he ends this season because when you look how thin the roster is, and the mileage it puts on Jokic to carry the load, I think that sort of 2-for-1 player trade for MPJ is looking increasingly likely.
Especially if it also means you can keep KCP as well.
We all want MPJ to succeed. But who can argue against how maddening the inconsistency is for that sort of money.

MPJs max deal has ultimately limited this teams depth and ability to make deals to improve the team. With this stated, Nuggets are still essentially on the exact same pace as last year (only 1 less win/1 more loss) although it won't likely win the west this time. This core group earned the chance for another attempt at a deep playoff run. However, if it doesn't result in at least a trip to the conference finals, then I sense Calvin will immediately attempt to flip MPJ for a couple of rotation players.

I can see a problem in trading MPJ. In order for somebody to pick up his contract and then give you 2 rotation players, that person would need to be on heavy drugs or just doing some bad revenge to his own organization
