Joker looks like he's once again had a run in with Freddy Krueger but can't get a foul call; meanwhile JJJ playing linebacker attacking the rim and getting the softest touch foul calls.
Never ceases to amaze.
Steve Kerr's sulk paid off. Shame no one calls out Embiid or Giannis.

This is peak Nikola Jokic. And with Murray being back to his best this team is about to go on a massive run. There ain't no stopping this 2-man duo. well.. until Ham puts Rui on Jokic and makes Jokic defend the PnR. then it's over.

Shout out Payton for his first ever 20 point game! A future all-star. He's been so impressive when he plays with the starters.

Need to get Pickett a basket. If we can, all 13 guys we dressed will have scored.

43 assists to 11 turnovers.
Damn near a 4:1 ratio for the team.

Friendly reminder that Peyton Watson is 21 years old.
Let me say that again.

Friendly reminder that Peyton Watson is 21 years old. Let me say that again. Peyton Watson is 21 years old. Even more impressive than his age is his experience. If you combine every college, summer league, preseason, NBA regular season, NBA postseason, and G-League game he's ever played it still only adds up to 127. He has played 127 organized basketball games above the high school level in his entire life. By comparison, Collin Gillespie played 156 games in college alone.

Joker's shooting splits up to 55/33/82. Hopefully they keep climbing from here.

I'm so proud of Watson. The antithesis to Bones. Super late pick.
Comes into the season with expectations to be in the rotation - and was actually benched for quite a few games earlier this season. Kept his head down and just kept grinding.
First start - great defense, great 3's, 20 points. So impressed with this kid! And he's so damn young - he's probably still growing.
On another note: Justin Holliday - shout out! This guy is balling. We have such a great problem, in terms of too many good wings off the bench. I still want to add another big.

If anything was wrong with Jokic this month to account for extremely poor shooting (by his standards), he’s back to 100% now. Literally 100%!

If anything was wrong with Jokic this month to account for extremely poor shooting (by his standards), he’s back to 100% now. Literally 100%! He’s still putting on the lumbar support when on the bench. From personal experience any back or shoulder issues would affect my shooting more then any other injuries/sprains.

He’s still putting on the lumbar support when on the bench. From personal experience any back or shoulder issues would affect my shooting more then any other injuries/sprains. Still shot 100% from the field last night. The stat I’d like to see are the number of slam dunks he’s had this season, versus the same time last season. While he isn’t a dunker, this comparison might be a tell as to whether something really has been bothering him such as his back. My sense is his dunks are way down, but I don’t know the actual number or whether it’s true.
