Not worried. Garbage games happen. Good wake up call for our guys too. I'm not worried in the slightest whether we'll have a good year with lots of positive development for the bench players. We will. Not everyone can be champions and not all champions repeat. Most don't. I think our dynasty is in a little trouble. If that is the only acceptable conclusion to the season for many, prepare to be disappointed. We're playing well, but they don't have "it" right now. Can they get it back? Of course. Will they? Who knows. We're the champions right now. I am soon to be 70 and have been a hardcore Nuggets fan since the first days of the Rockets (I was 13) We have the championship none of us ever thought we would get. Enjoy it. You never know if that feeling will ever be felt again.

Just Stay Healthy.
if the league has figured out the Nuggets, they're going to have to prove it when the games actually matter. because we have seen this movie (the Nuggets playing possum) before.

We knew before the season that the bench was going to have a lot of growing pains. When we have starters coming back from injury (Jamal) or out with injury (KCP) it gives the bench guys time to develop, which is good, but it will cost us some regular season games. We probably win handily with KCP steadying the team late. But I'll take some Ls if it means we hit the playoffs as a 2 or 3 seed and are healthy and the bench is ready to go. And especially if it means these young guys are more ready for the postseason over the next 3-4 seasons.

Still the same record we had at the same point last season.
As Lothar said, this regular season is about two things: 1. Getting through it with the five starters as healthy as possible 2. Developing Braun, Watson, and Strawther into the most well-rounded players they can be before the playoffs start
That's it.

We just need Jordan and Nnaji and maybe Huff to play enough regular season games to get us to the playoffs with a healthy Gordon.

Playoff rotation is obvious.
Starters and: Reggie Jackson Christian Braun Peyton Watson Strawther or Holiday situationally (some games neither might play at all)
DJ, Zeke, Tyson, and Pickett are the deep bench. Vlatko, Key, Huff, and Gillespie are in street clothes.
Basically, Watson replaces Green and Reggie replaces Bruce from last year. If you need a 9th man you go with Holiday for defense or Strawther for offense.

I have a feeling that some posters here will get a heart attack once they see PO Nuggets lol. None of these games matter. Nuggets just need to stay healthy and nothing else. The system will be in play from minute one of the first PO game. Poor haters lol

The starters while good, haven't been as dominant as they usually are. A lot of this is probably due to injuries as Murray, KCP and AG have all missed time. The bench on the other hand hasn't been great but it hasn't been the disaster it has been throughout the Jokic era. Starters net is just +9.4 Starters with Reggie is just +8.5 Reggie-Strawther-Braun-Watson-DJ which is our main bench unit this year is actually a positive, which I don't think many people would believe. With Zeke that same unit was -22.3

I'm f***ing escstatic that we have a bench unit that can actually ball!
I know the starters will turn it on when they need to - not worried there.
When you consider that most of the bench is sophs and rookies - to me, only says they'll be even better come playoff time.
We need more size to beat up Minny. That's it. Outside of that, no other team comes close.
