Everyone does dumb s**t when they're 21 and pretending like they don't is laughable. The video shows that it was nowhere near as serious as it's been reported. People just want to make easy $ off a millionaire. Nothing to see here. disagree. the pampered millionaire has no right to throw a chair in my direction because he missed a shot. this is not a feudal society and those people are not peasants with no rights. I'll let the GOAT Rihanna tell it:

got pretty concerning info. Jokic's wrist issues are more then serious. he is basically putting bandages so his wrist would go numb, otherwise he cant play. there were some real thoughts about him not playing game 2, but he refused to sit. how bad it is now, I don't know, but it was injury that was there since all start break, and it aggravated just before playoff started. it wasn't that bad in game 1, but apparently got worse during and after game 1... there is also no chance it would heal during playoffs, its just a question how bad he would be game to game. And your source is?

Not saying his behavior was right, but it's hypocritical for people to criticize a 21 year old when we've all done ridiculously stupid s**t at that age.

And your source is? That's probably source from Serbia and those sources are usually good. Jokic has a lot of friends over there. Also his wife, his brothers are in constant connection with friends and family in Serbia

the Jokic news/rumour doesn't surprise me. I'm just hoping the few days off decreases the inflammation.

That explains his shooting performance in game 5. Hope the training staff prioritizes healing Jokicās wrists

I stil think they/he has the injury under control. Jokic seems like a guy that knows his body. And they wouldnt run this tight rotation if they didnt have faith in Jokic recovery

I didn't do stupid s**t that got anyone hurt when I was 21. Not even when I was like 17. Keeping control of your grown-ass man body is a skill you should be learning in middle school.

Off-season wrist surgery for Jokic seems more likely based on this info. Looking at his FT% and midrange struggles, itās clearly more than KAT and Gobert defense, and is affecting him.
Just what we didnāt need.

You're amazingly optimistic. Nuggets in 5 is realistic. Suns are super overrated. They just beat a Clippers team without Kawhi and PG. Kevin Dick and CP0 are injury prone and old. Devin Hooker is the only player on the Suns that concerns me but I think throwing BB/Braun/KCP/Watson at him will limit him. I also would like to see Thomas Bryant get some minutes on Ayton/Biyombo Game 1 - Nuggets Game 2 - Nuggets Game 3 - Nuggets Game 4 - Suns Game 5 - Nuggets (close it out at home)

You really have to remind us? Iām rooting for MPJ to play well because its good for the Nuggets and for us. But heās just not that good. He is a very good but not actually elite shooter. Elite is the bench player (who was basically dumped by the Clippers) Luke Kennard, whose slash line this season was 49/49/95, and the Clippers didnāt value him very highly even with clearly better shooting than MPJ. Other than being a very good but not actually elite shooter (truly āeliteā shooters shoot it better than Porterās 80% on FTs), Porter ranges between poor and average at every other aspect of basketball at this level.. Oh, and with huge injury risk. Oh, and a strangely impassive demeanor that seems to keep him at arms length from his teammates from an emotional and chemistry level. Its difficult to get Porter open consistently against playoff level defenses because his back injuries have made it difficult for him to get moving or change direction quickly. Unless you set really good screens for him, even average defenders are able to stick to him like glue. Expectations about the size of his role need to be tempered by that.
