i love dre, but no way he'd come back when he can start for most teams, and him as pg and cb as sg is just stupid. Honestly the Lakers wont be able to pay both Odom and Ariza, give Ariza a little cash and he's our starting SG, as good defensively as DJ and a huge upgrade offensively and we have a huge backcourt. in my opinion thats realistically our best shot at a title, all these lets get guys making $10 mil a year isn't happening. We are winning the title this year. At least we have the best team of the 4 remaining teams. I think we should win, but LA is going to be tough (tougher than either in east). So if we dont win it I think we should look at Ariza I think it makes the biggest difference of the realistic options I've seen.

Not gonna bet it, but If I had to I'd take the Lakers in Game #5. Mentally this is an easy Laker bet. These Nuggets are pretty good, and they still haven't put a game together when most of their players are having a good game.
JR sucked the 1st 3 games, he is on game #4 and a Nuggets blowout. Chauncey ? He has kind of been average most of the series, maybe even below average. Melo- great in game 1& 2, foul trouble game #3 and sickness game #4 and it showed Nene- OK in 2 out of 4 games, great in game #4, and sucked another game. Birdman- awesome at home, sort of invisible on the road Dahntay Jones?= he is messing with Kobe as best he can every game. Not too many defenders challenge Kobe, and he does. Kmart- played well all series, except when he thinks he can hit a jumper
On the flips side, the lakers haven't played to their potential yet, but some of that has to do with the Nuggets defense Kobe has been great every game Gasol good every game Ariza- good 2 of 4 games Fischer sucks all games Bynam- good 1 game Odom= hurt or dissapeared like last year in he finals
It seems the Nuggets are the better team, yet the Lakers have the best player in the game. Sometimes the best player out-weighs the best team?

I think Game 5 goes to the Lakers, Game 6 goes to us, and Game 7 is a crapshoot.
Although if Chauncey plays well again, we have a good shot.

It seems the Nuggets are the better team, yet the Lakers have the best player in the game. Sometimes the best player out-weighs the best team? But that's something that's difficult to sustain for an entire series. I still really like Denver's chances to win 2 of the remaining 3, even if the Lakers have one more victory left in them.

I actually really like Denver in this game. Basketball is a really mental game and LA just seems to be coming a bit unglued and this wasn't a team with great chemistry to begin with. If we have a good JR and Kleiza and not the imposter ones this game will go our way. We have been the better team in almost every game so far regardless of venue. We're deeper, tougher and more balanced. If Javie is reffing however everything I just said goes out the window and the Lakers win going away. That guy is a complete douche.

I love our chances in this one but since LBJ just lost and is down 3-1 there is no freaking way the NBA lets denver win this one.

Lakers are tired, you can just tell in their body motion. Without the intervening of the ref's, we jump on them early

NBA gets what they deserve, the nuggets and magic will advance....maybe they shouldn't have put all those kobe-lebron vitamin water ads up and down espn's site. GO NUGGETS

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, the series is tied and the Lakers are going to jump on us tomorrow. Do you really think Stern is going to let the finals end up as Denver-Orlando? Hell, Dwight is endorsed by Vitamin Water. They could just as easily get Kobe vs Dwight.

There's a reason we're now the highest viewed match on espn now. Im sure stern took note of that

I'm worried about this game, but not as much as game 6. PROTECT HOMECOURT! We should be up 3-1 right now. Can we please not allow LA to hang in the game?

I think part of the reason our playoff games are so popular is that everybody wants the Lakers to lose. But we do play a very entertaining brand of ball.

I like the idea of just having LBJ and Kobe play one on one every halftime of the Nuggets/Magic Finals. That way everyones happy.

Nuggets must come to play from the 1st minute of this game or it could get ugly.
The lakers got embarrassed last game; they will play well.
